John Briscoe

John Briscoe was born approx 1777,and married Elizabeth Piper at Shelsey ,Worcs in 1809.I cannot seem to find where he was born or his parents.He's not the John born at nine towns in Herefordshire.Parish records say of Shelsey Walsh,but cannot find him.any ideas?
