trying to find a marrage or two.

can any one find a marriage for me Please.

I am trying to trace a marriage of a Mary Simmonds possibly in Hanley castle, she was born in Hanley Castle in 1879,

I have one document that shows her still using the simmonds name in 1910 which seems to me to indicate that she is still single.


I am also trying to find if her brother James Simmonds got married he was born in 1885 and in the 1901 census he was still living with his parents and no other women was shown in the house so i assume her was still single at that date

up to 1901 they all lived in Boaling green Hanley Castle

after 1901 they moved to Quay lane Hanley Castle

Thanks Henry, that's really good of you, I would be pleased to see the list,

But Deep down I feel it will be after 1910, as Mary and James where still living at home at that date, and no other people seemed to be living in the house so I assume they where still living there unmarred, that is if the 1901 census is to be believed,

But nothing surprises me in this game, I just feel it is after 1901 that they got married.

at the moment I am trying to trace that couple, as it may lead to a survivor my ultimate goal.:)
