Just a quick note to let you all know that I have changed the template on the parishroots site. This, hopefully, should speed the site up a little. There also seemed to be a small problem in firefox that meant that the site didn't completely load properly on some pages. This should now be fixed, let me know if it isn't. I've added back the navigation menu on the left of the screen to aid navigation but there is no right hand menu to allow maximum room for the info. I am presuming that a lot of

Just a quick note to let everyone know that I am going to have to remove the new parishroots pages that run on the drupal software and put it back to the wiki version. The trouble is that it is behaving like a labrador that hasn't been fed for 3 weeks and is using a huge amount of the server resources for only a reasonable amount of people accessing it. If it goes on like this then the hosting company will suspend the account and that is no good for anyone. I knew Drupal was resource hungry but

First of all I would like to wish all the members of Parishchatter a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 
I am sorry I have been AWOL from the site for a while ... well actually quite a long while ... but I have been looking after my Mum who has dementia. Unfortunately things have got a lot worse for her recently and she is now in the care home, for now at least.
